The site was located within a heavily built up residential area, and stringent planning conditions were placed upon our client and associated sub-contractors. These involved specific delivery times and working hours restrictions. An immaculate site and exemplary planning from the client and OFP ensured that all conditions were met within the planning parameters and site programme. The site was completed within twelve weeks with very little in the way of hiccups.
