A 36 unit development for Croudace Homes in Ashford, Kent incorporating 22 apartments and 14 houses was completed in the Spring of ’08. Several potential problems were overcome on this project throughout the development by close liaison between OFP and Croudace Homes representatives, namely shared stairwell and roof details. Having completed the project, six flats were destroyed in an arson attack, OFP reprogrammed and supplied the replacement apartments within 3 weeks, minimising the commercial impact to our valued client.
