A 4 unit development for Walker Quality Homes in Ashford, completed in the summer of ‘08 involved our standard 140 external/89 internal wall build up and an intricate roof detail. The scheme was completed within programme and involved careful planning of deliveries due to planning restrictions within a heavily residential area and an awful lot of parked cars! OFP and Walkers worked together in informing residents at all stages of the project of road closures and planned deliveries, minimising the impact on the local residents.
