An interesting and challenging build for a private client. Intrinsic to the design were large English oak beams which formed the feature-piece of the main living area. A turret was designed in to allow panoramic views of the neighbouring areas and the sea, a stunning vantage point. Designed to be in keeping with the local area, a basement was installed on top of which OFP formed the super-structure. Access was tight, but careful management and regular liaison with the neighbours ensured a smooth project was delivered.
