As part of an ongoing housing development at Wye in Kent for FDC Homes, phase 2 was completed in the autumn of 2008. A variety of house types made for an interesting project, most notably the turret design of the ‘feature property’ located on the principle corner of the estate, overlooking surrounding areas and the rest of the development. The next phase is due to be started in the latter part of 2009, and will comprise more interesting designs typical of our progressive client, FDC Homes. Curved house faces, and neat residential enclaves created through innovative design make this project one of the most aesthetically pleasing to date.
