A 12 unit development for Walker Quality Homes. An immaculate site and good communication ensured this project beat programme by over a week. There were special restrictions on delivery as part of the planning approval, meaning that site deliveries were only permitted during the hours of 0900 and 1500. Ofp logistics and Walker Homes worked together in ensuring these restrictions were overcome and that deliveries were organised in a structured and ordered fashion. Although the site was tight, the schedule of works involving building floor by floor to maximise working areas ensured a smooth build throughout the course of the programme.
